Gift Guide: Best Home Books for Design Minded Friends

Our favorite thing to give and receive? Hands down...a good book. A gift to use over and over again, full of inspiration and ideas, and usually not too hard on the wallet - yup, that works for us. Tokyo: A Certain Style is a good book to add to this list. I especially like it because all of the rooms look lived in, as opposed to that "ready for a magazine spread" look that most design books feature.

I own three of them, and I plan to order "the new apartment" soon. Living large is small spaces is my fave apartment decorating book ever.
