No dustpan required. AT Reader Kathryn picked up one of these newly redesigned broom vacs at KBIS a few weeks ago. Her report: so far, so good. She's happy with the purchase.
This broom vac gained 60% more power with the new redesign. It has a 10 inch wide nozzle at the brush head, so when you finish sweeping, simply hit the toe switch and the mess is vacuumed into the unit's generous holding cup. Kathryn's been using hers and hasn't had to empty it yet. It is cordless, rechargeable and weighs about 3.5 lbs. It comes in colors like this orange, an acid green and pink as well as more traditional choices.
