apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

Kitchen Towels by PataPri

051707patapri.jpg

Tipped off by Time Out's Check Out section (p.39) and recognizing the patterns from an Etsy Scavenger we pulled together last month, we thought these Spring-tastic kitchen towels were worth revisiting.

Designed by Yuko Uemura of PataPri, the hand-printed linen towels just scream love and joy in the kitchen. We'd be tempted to grab a few if we hadn't just (not) splurged on plain ones from IKEA (for 50 cents each).

We think these would make a lovely housewarming gift, a gift for a party host(ess) or a great choice for furoshiki, the Japanese art of wrapping gifts in fabric.

Available online for $14.

I own a few of these PataPri towels, and let me tell you... they add a lot of charm to my kitchen space and are made of a very durable, high quality linen. **highly recommended!
