Shipping this February, a whole line of products from Caldrea in a new scent called Sea Salt Neroli. The fragrance is a mix of lemon verbena, cardamom, sea salt and neroli, which is the blossom of the Tunisian bitter orange tree. We received a scent...
....tester on the weekend and are won over - it's pretty delish. A dash exotic, more that a bit beach-y and just enough citrus to smell clean - it is a good scent for the home.
We are usually 100% Mrs. Meyers (Geranium, to be exact) for our cleaning products and hand soap but after a few years of all Geranium, all the time, we are thinking that a temporary change-up to something different as the warm weather comes around sounds like a nice, refreshing switch.
You KNOW its the depths of January when you are dreamily planning your Spring Cleaning...!
The full Caldrea Sea Salt Neroli line (from dish soap, countertop cleanser and window spray to laundry detergent, home fragrance and candles) will be available online and in stores starting next week.
My opinion, you can't beat good old, cheap, biodegradable Simple Green. Smells like root beer.

I read that Mrs. Meyers and Caldrea are products from the same company as is the Williams-Sonoma house brand soaps and cleaners. Good branding...

my friends mother had citrus mint ylangylang caldrea surface spray a few summers ago sitting on the kitchen counter and i was instantly intrigued.
she had gotten it from a small home-product boutique down the road that her friend had owned. sadly the shop closed, and i haven't seen caldrea stuff anywhere else! —sigh—
what a shame. i love the nicely designed antique-style packaging.

joshhh-
you can buy it off their website, which also lists local retailers.
I always balk at the prospect of $9 for a bottle of dish soap...

The beach-y ingredient is the neroli which is also the most prominent note in Coppertone suntan lotion.
