Color Chips: Bowling Alley Orange, Red & Black

102708-bowlingshoes.jpg There is nothing more satisfying than stealing away in the middle of the work day to do something you normally don't have the chance to do. In our case it was a few quick games of bowling last week. While there, we came across the great retro flair that this vintage alley held. Click through the jump for more color inspiration!

The colors on this vintage fiberglass bench are quite eye catching. If you're afraid to use a bold color, pair it with a neutral to make it a bit more palatable.

Bowling is a blast once you can get past the smell of feet and old beer. So it's a blessing that this photo doesn't come with smell-o-vision so you can enjoy the great color combo of the red, orange black and white!

Not only are these locker doors a sweet vintage color scheme, they have a great shape to them. The curve in each door really made the locker area an interesting space instead of just a place to hang your stuff.

This long bench is the brother to the curved one pictured above (or is it the sister or uncle or cousin?) and would be a great Ebay/Craigslist find if you can beat the crowd to it!

Has anyone ever found comfortable bowling shoes? Are they made to hurt so we dont run off with them?
