This is such freakishly good timing--I wanted to make a garland for my niece's b-day--just went to Michaels and got Martha supplies--
thanks!!!

Wish I had the time for it!
Does anyone know who makes the dining table in the picture? I love it.

These are somewhat like the Mexican garlands of brightly colored rectangles with lacy cut-outs . Frankly, I like the Mexican garlands better! If you have a child and you see them, buy them immediately. There is nothing better or simpler for birthday decor.

This is great!
We're decorating our first christmas tree this year and we have no decorations! I think we're going to be stringing popcorn, paper snowflakes, and now these great fabric garlands!
I can't wait to find some great fabric remnants for them.

I'm selling banners/garland on etsy (mostly french/provence fabrics) and I almost feel bad for charging - they are so much fun to make!!

This is a great idea! You can also use paper doilies (or make your own) to create an easy and delicate garland.
As for the chairs, I also really like them! I believe they are the oval back dining chairs from west elm: http://www.westelm.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?storeId=17001&langId=-1&catalogId=17002&viewSetCode=E&orderId=2730430&giftWrap=No&shipTo=You&orderItemId_0=7537221&catEntryId_0=72512&quantity_0=1&partNumber=WE-PRODf785&cmsrc=SH1FRNCOT&catalogCode=84.
Unfortunately, I don't know where the table is from...
