So it's hard not to get wrapped up in the Super Bowl when the whole city is doing it...even for those that aren't diehard fans. This year is reminding us what a BIG DEAL the Super Bowl XX of 1985 was. I mean, think of the legacy of the Super Bowl Shuffle! It earned a Grammy nomination for best Best Rhythm & Blues Vocal Performance—Duo or Group (but Prince won out for "Kiss", and this year he's doing the halftime show, which is perfect).
We're heading to a friend's place on Sunday after picking up some wings, and we're thinking about grabbing something silly from Dinkel's to go along with it. Rye Bear bread, anyone?
