Fabric Wall Art Kits from Textile Arts

Sarah's post titled Wallpaper We'd Frame got us thinking about doing the same with fabric. Not something that really requires a kit, but if you're more likely to take on a project if it's all-in-one, that's OK too. Check out these Marimekko fabric wall art kits:

I have fabric on my wall in the dining room in 2 places, for the large piece I had my husband make the frame out of 2x4's ,but the smaller one is canvas stretcher bars that you can get at any craft or hobby store. Then all you need is a staple gun and some fabric.

I did the same as lorijo with some vintage fabric off eBay and canvas stretchers - probably cost me all of $25 bucks.

cb2 also carries extruded aluminum fabric stretchers for $25.
