...for use at home on your own projects. We're always happy to run across another source for upholstery fabrics in Chicago - the range of choices seems to get better each year.

The LILL fabrics are browsable online by color, pattern, width and price and range in price from $15 to 55. per yard.

oh my. just checked their prices. they're charging $29/yard for joel dewberry fabrics that can be found for well under $10/yard elsewhere.

They rotate through their fabrics, and as they phase a fabric out of their line-up they put it on sale. Just picked up enough fabric to re-upholster a small ottoman and make a few pillows with the leftovers for $14. I love stopping by to see what they have on sale, as its always changing.
