This finish line doormat from
Uncommon Goods feels fitting for this week.
With the end of the Fall Cure in sight we are all taking final stock on the last two months (2 months! Can you believe it?!). This week is all about the steps on celebrating all of our hard work with a party. For some this might be sharing your space with friends online, some might be having the family over for dinner, or others might be spending the night with 50 people and cocktails (of course depending on the number of said cocktails it could appear that there are more than 50 people in attendance.) We'll be celebrating the progress of our Midwestern Curers with a Friday slideshow of their homes. Curers - if you haven't yet uploaded your "after" photos, post them to the Flickr pool this week. Click through for some great party planning links and updates on fellow Fall Curers....
minhus took the paint plunge and painted their fireplace. It turned out great! Nice work!
This Week's Assigment: Both Deep Treatment and One-Room Workout folks are preparing for your parties! Do a final clutter purge, clean the floors and surfaces, buy fresh flowers, put together a playlist, and plan what you'll be serving.
degerkas is going to make a quilt from this IKEA duvet. Nice work on tracking it down!
A Big Thank You to all of you who have shared your homes over the past 8 weeks. This has been a fantastic Cure group, and although we have to wrap things up and move on with our daily lives, I hope you'll continue to keep your homes as healthy as they are now and continue to share them with our group and the larger AT community. The AT editors check Flickr for good photos to pull to the Web, so continue to tag your home pics with "apartmenttherapychicago" so we can find them!
juliejulezzzzz has two small tables instead of one large coffee table and loves their flexibility.

Keep up the good work everyone!
I know I am going to be extending my cure through the holiday season. Some traveling and Thanksgiving got me off schedule but hopefully this Christmas with some time off and a nice break at home, my list will get done.
