The strongest 16 entries in each region were chosen by our judges and have been moved into the bracket.

In our bracketed voting period (beginning 10.20) each regional finalist will compete for reader's votes until only one remains. Each bracketed face off lasts 24 hours — voting is open from 3:00am(EST) to 3:00am the next day (12:00am(PST)

The four finalists from each U.S. region will compete against one another on Thursday, 10.30.

The two finalists who remain will compete against one another from Friday, 10.31 until noon PST on Monday, 11.3 at which point voting will be closed and the winner announced.

I thought this contest would be a no-brainer. Jesse's place looks like a disorganized, cluttered, grandma-owned thrift store and his use of color is not striking like Arno's. Also, I believe he is the only contestant to have posted a picture of himself, which seems a bit pompous.

trust me I wasn't the only contestant with a photo...I got the idea from another contestant... I was trying to make a story...plus it shows the exterior of the home.

haha... I am not pompous and I certainly hate that people are conceiving it that way!

Also I prefer my syle to be called Granny Chic, Thank you!

Hey lucitebox - I just revisited your entry and realised you have the same picture as me. The Asian woman on your pink wall above the TV. Mine is tucked on my bedroom windowsill for now. I haven't found the perfect place for her yet. I found it hiding behind a bunch of things at a garage sale and was oddly drawn to her!
