Flickr Find: Jamesjulius' Casa

It was serendipity when we found Flickr member Jamesjulius' delightful apartment pictures. He had commented on one of our photographs and being the nosy bodies that we are, immediately rushed over to his photo stream. Jump below for the details:

What we found was a cool small space with a wonderful open feel and great room flow. James is also lucky enough to have great double doors inside and abundant natural light.

We love the small details found his place like the vintage cream-colored radio in the bedroom area, the houndstooth throw, dog-shaped argyle pillow on the chair and red accents seen throughout.

If James' place seems familiar, that is because it was an entry in this year's Smallest Coolest contest.

It's the kitchen, however, that really won us over -- a fun nod to the "classic" avocado kitchen.

love it! great use of space and I love the personal details throughout. May I ask where the TV console/media stand is from? Is it a DIY with hairpin legs? I'm looking for something that exact size.

Thanks Selena, We bought it from an antique store and removed the wobbly wood legs and bought hairpins online. We looked for months for something to fit that spot.
