Art and Chel deserve some kind of Super Spring Energy Award - they have been taking on big projects to personalize and improve their condo. Their flickr set photos give a glimpse of three major undertakings...a really gorgeous and gutsy kitchen redo, a built in bar in a formerly awkward space and the greening of a balcony.
