Flickr Finds: Mindy and Michael on the Cover

Small Cool catches the Red Eye. We recently heard from a Red Eye reporter, Jaydine, who liked the look of the small cool Chicago apartments during our recent contest and got in touch with a few of the residents. Michael and Mindy became the cover couple for small space living, being interviewed and photographed for the article in Saturday's Red Eye weekend edition.

We saw the piece in person as well and thought the photos of Michael and Mindy in their place looked fab. Fellow contestants and readers Andy K. and Johnny also showed up in the article, talking about their less than huge but nice looking spaces.

Congrats to all and good for you on spreading the word that small=cool.

I'm still getting over the shock of seeing my face everywhere. Especially when I'm not smiling :( When the photographer arranged to photograph our apartment, we didn't think he'd actually be photographing US!
