Flickr Finds: Nikko's Closet

The kind of closet we aspire to have: Nikko's "OCD closet" is organized, clean, attractive, and full of nice wooden hangers (somehow wire ones sometimes still sneak into ours...).

We'd like to know more about that table/bench in the dressing area, as it's somewhat hard to see but very intriguing.

Oh, and where were you during our Hot Closets Contest, Nikko?!

Wow! Here I am logging on to my daily peek at apartmenttherapy.com to find my own closet! Yay!

I love clean closets although mine isn't always perfect as shown in the photo, but I find the *Hanger System (wooden preferred)* effective. -"Hang & Shove." Wink.

I posted onto flicker a larger photo of the mirror and bench. Basically, I am baby-sitting the bench for a friend who is living in Berlin right now. The mirror is from Restoration Hardware. And the really over the top Chinese Jewelry Chest was a wedding gift. I keep my makeup in the lowest drawer so I can get pretty while seated on my 3 legged mid-century modern kids stool(ebay find). For me it's comfortable to sit low to the ground, especially after a hot shower in the morning.

HA! Hm well actually I am willing to organize closets into tip top shape so long as the owner is comfortable with me getting into everything.*Coming out of the closet* may simply mean dealing what is inside of the closet.

I admire anybody who can actually practice the S.H.E.D. 4-step closet organization! I cannot, simply cannot do it. My shoes alone will fill this closet. Already have 1 full wardrobe of boots and there are still overflows and I have already purged 50 pairs. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am hopeless.
