We happened upon a charmingly rustic DIY in a high-end Mpls neighborhood. Part sculpture, part functional, far better than aluminum.

The structures were mostly woven and propped, without any discernable twine or other ties.
The juxtaposition of the traditional, rather proper house and open structures were a breath of fresh air, and would probably look far better around our droopy grasses than big, wire cages.
I'm sorry, but this looks crazypants. I'm all for rustic charm, but this looks like a blair-witch dilapidated mess. Also, it hardly seems functional--how does one even gain access to their plants with this thing.

I pretty desperately need tomatoe cages and I have exactly ZERO dollars. I think I might try a less crazypants haphazard version tommorow.
