Neighborhood Gardens

This is what we see every time we come and go from home. Our building's garden committee apparently knows a thing or two about this sometimes daunting job: what to plant, where to plant, and how to grow. We're excited to see more Chicago gardens...send us your pics and tips!

The building next door to you (the "high rise") has beautiful gardens, too, no? A couple who live there are forestry experts, and they cultivate it for fun. To me, it's an enchanted prairie.
By the way, I walk by just about everyday with my dog, a 3 year old, 70 lb. German shepherd. He's black and tan. If you recognize us, please say hi!
