ikea sells clip-top blum hinges (120deg and 153deg) as part of their akurum line... they call them integral. they also sell the blumotion soft closure nuggets...

they have an online source, although I bought them at their Schaumburg location while I was visiting my brother. Right on Golf Rd, just west of Roselle Rd (an exit on 90)
