Good Questions: Side Table Suggestion?

101906atomicranch.jpg

Dear AT,

I have purchased an Eames LCW Chair and saw it paired in Atomic Ranch Magazine with a little end table/stool actually purchased from Target. The table can (kind of) be seen in the photo. I have been all over the Target website and the internet trying to locate the table. I believe it was called the "Lincoln Log" table. Does anyone know where I can find this and/or does anyone have other suggestions for a side table to put with this chair?

Thanks!!
Lisa

Dear Lisa,

We can barely see the table, so we think the more relevant question for our readers is your second one: Anyone have suggestions for a side table to pair with an Eames LCW chair???

Good Luck!

I'm personally a big fan of the sidetables available from Room and Board. A variety of base sizes and shapes and beautiful quality tops can be combined in any number of ways. I have a house full of R&B product and I've never been disappointed.

There's always the Eames wire-base table (link in my name), which was designed in part to complement the proportions of the LCW. It's small and nondescript, black/white, basic stuff. If you don't want to go all Eames all the time, what about an upholstered cube? I think it's important to respect the dimensions of the chair and shoot for something a bit shorter and smaller scale.

Lisa -

If you're looking for something a bit rustic, there are several options at www.vivaterra.com.

Good luck!
