Good Questions: Where Can I Find This Tea Set?

060806teaset.jpgDear AT,

I love this stainless-steel tea set from the most recent issue of Domino Magazine. Do you know where I could find one like it?

Thanks!
-Jennifer

Dear Jennifer,

Since we haven't received our June issue in the mail yet (so slow!), we haven't seen this tea set. But, you can email the Domino folks to ask where to find any specific item featured in the issue. We'd start there.

Scouring the web for a tea set that you only have the picture of (and no brand name to fall back on) is a little too daunting for anyone, so we'll open this one up to other readers. Anyone seen something similar to this classic tea set lately? Jennifer needs to brew!

Good Luck.

You can actually contact Domino directly on their website to found out where you can get things from their magazine if it isn't listed (and even if it is listed and you are having a difficult time tracking it down). Good luck!

since that was part of a 'my favorite things' article, i doubt domino even sourced for that since it belonged to that girls family for years... it's vintage. maybe check online for vintage stainless steel tea pots or kettles and see where that search leads you... you may find something like it on ebay or an online antiques dealer.

Try finding local restaurant supply stores - you might find something very similar. We have lots of restaurant supply stores in NYC in the Bowery - is there a similar area in Chicago? good luck!

In Chicago try Argyle ave. red line el stop and shop the viet groceries. They have many stainless steel tea pots.
