Q: I was wondering if the AT readers can help me find this red glass gourd lamp or something similar. I'm helping my mom redecorate and we finally found a lamp she loves called the Janie red table lamp on checkstockonline.com, but when I tried to add it to the cart (or anything else on the page) it doesn't work and the site seems to be bogus or isn't kept up. Any help?

I have the Jamie in orange. I got it a couple of years ago from overstock.com after I saw it in Domino.

The Nikita is very close, and the price is very decent. I'd like to suggest a pretty red acrylic table lamp on the Marriott Hotel site. Go to http://www.shopmarriott.com/
and select their Home Decor page. It's $190.00, accepts up to a 150-watt bulb; measures 27" tall.

For a nice inexpensive option, Ikea has the Ljusas Uvas lamp for 39 in black and red, would just need to pick out a different shade.

thanks guys! that nikita one looks the closest- but i'll have to see how she feels about paying that much because she wants a pair. you all found some good options!

coyotbeck- you are lucky! that lamp in orange would be perfect in my house! lol. now that you mention it i do remember seeing an orange glass lamp in domino.
