apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

RE Series by Tim George

120407fusion.jpgAn outlet for "industrial, commercial and medical objects and furniture re-designed and re-purposed for the modern home, office and studio," Fusion Furniture shows off some creatively and thoughtfully re-purposed objects ready to live in a modern home. The offerings are limited, but with standouts like the B52 stainless steel bar and the mint green D68 aluminum fold desk (first two pictured above), the few options are unique in their style and re-usefulness.

If Henry Glass did not contribute to the folding desk, I'm sure he would have delighted in it regardless.

A lot of his stuff involves folding, compressing, going from small to large and back. He was the guy Russel Wright turned to when he wanted a patio set to go with the famous dishes. Henry designed the hairpin legs.
