Colorful Hardwood Floors by PG Model
Montreal

Can't get enough of Fall Colors? We're looking for color everywhere as we wrap up Fall Colors Month, and here we found it in a pretty unsuspecting place: hardwood floors. PG Model Hardwood Floors introduced this special, vibrant line of hardwood flooring back in 2006...

The C Collection by PG Model is inspired by vibrant colors found the world over. The collection covers the rainbow, from the Andalucia, Cannes, and Mykonos colorways seen here, to a deep red Venetia and even the purple Aix, inspired by lavender fields.

All colors in the C Collection are made up of polyurethane applied in nine coats over ash hard wood planks. We love how the grains show through the layer of vibrant color. PG Hardwood Flooring is based in Quebec with distribution throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

From the pix, I thought it was ceramic tile...
...which is what I'd choose if I wanted brightly colored floors.

Not sure I could live with it for very long, but I think it could be really great in a commercial space like a bar or boutique.

I like this flooring. It's good to see some new ideas for wood flooring involving bold colours. A brave design. I wonder when the novelty wears off if it can be sanded and then resealed to show the natural grain of the wood again.
