apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

While I sort of like them, my non-designer mind is struggling to figure out a setting that would best showcase them. Does anybody have any ideas? Using them on a random lamp in a normal room doesn't seem like the best plan.

When design takes priority, the result is often strange closets.

I picture things like this in a lake cabin or something along those lines.

I TOTALLY COVET THOSE. Now I am thinking of how I could make them.

Yuk. These are so "dorm room". Maaaaybe they can stretch to "post-college-first-apartment" but I don't want them anywhere near my decor!

They'd be fun in a retro home office...

These would add a bit of color and personality to a MCM styled pad - although best locate out of the main living areas; perhaps in a den or bedroom.

I wonder if they could make them with your favorite building?

Or the Travel and Transport building from the '33 World's Fair.
