Unless you want to commit to a cleaning every single time you brush your teeth, I would not reccommend any of these beautiful sinks.

As for the rest:

Not certain that they'd be any harder to clean than a porcelain sink.

i have two of the jade check sinks (bottom middle) and they are a pain to keep clean b/c of toothpaste. i am definitely switching 'em for vitreous china/porcelain ASAP.

It looks beautiful (the green one really catches my eye) but, I agree, it would be very hard to keep clean and looking beautiful. If your looking for something beautiful and practical at the same time, you should check out some copper sinks. Copper itself is an antimicrobial surface that is naturally self-renewing. Few metals have these properties of being both germ free and able to naturally repair themselves. That's what I call pretty and practical.
