The reknowned interactive tour of Chicago's haunted history, from the phantoms of Fort Dearborn to the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. The 2 1/2 - hour tour visits the city's most supernaturally active sites, as your guides invite you to delve into the ghosthunter's world at some of the city's most actively haunted locations. Tour is partially on and partially off the bus to give you a real feel for the atmosphere of these dark and memorable sites.

Hmm, not familiar with this tour but I think I'll check it out,(although 2 1/2 hours seems a bit long...maybe it involves a lot of travel time).
I did one in Savannah a while back and it was a hoot! Of course, Savannah has an entire cottage industry focused on ghosts and hauntings...

I actually went on this tour last week. Our tour was much shorter than advertised, just under 2 hours, which was disappointing. I enjoyed the history lesson, but otherwise didn't feel it was worth my $30. For a tourist or someone new to the city, I think it would be more exciting. We visited the Eastman Riverboat accident site on Wacker Drive, Harpo Studios, Hull House on the UIC Campus, the alley behind the Oriental Theater and that scary looking nightclub in River North. All sites within a mile of my office or home, so driving by them on a bus wasn't anything I couldn't do on the CTA. The guide, however, was very knowledgable and taught me a lot about Chicago's history. I'd recommend for seasonal tourists, but otherwise - take a pass!!
