Here is the third of several mini-tours of the homes at 845 West Fulton, where the residents generously opened up their lofts for AT: Chicago readers to visit earlier this month during our House Tour Party. Brandon Fenninger is a furniture designer who has an amazingly organized, compact wood shop integrated right into his loft, along with a bedroom tucked in to the area above the bathroom. Photos below of his live/work space, some examples of his design and his loftmate:

It looks like he's living in a piece of art- how beautiful! I love chic, small apartments that make good use of space! Those chairs are so unique- I'd love to own anything remotely close to stylish like that. And the kitty is adorable =)
