The Craftzine link had no more information about the artist or the process than clicking through the link did, except for providing a link to more information about the artist (except her alias, PencilNeck) and the process at this link on Craftster.com:

I was going to post the instructions, but think that's probably going too far. I just don't know why 2 links to the minimal info at Craftzine were part of this article and the source of the project was not!
