If the nice weather has you thinking about breakfast on the balcony, you're not alone. Those lucky enough to have outdoor spaces can find plenty of inspiration from Normal Room, a website where users can upload photos of their homes from around the world. We gathered some of the best balconies to peruse for ideas or just to fantasize about...

Boomer, what do you think about the ultra tiny one from the Northeastern US? That IS the entire balcony! Look on the right side, and you can see parts of the railing and railing base.

It says "There is a small balcony off of the living room; just enough for two moderate size chairs and a small plant table, and some other plants."

People complain about the lack of space, and you don't see this person doing that.

Chairs? Check.
Potted plants/flowers? Check.
Zen thingie? Check.
Frog whimsy? Check.

Much like the Small Cool contest, it's not what you have (in terms of space), it's what you do with it.

Good news, boomer! June is Garden Month on AT. So there will be more garden content during that time.

I also didn't realize that Matt was here only on weekends. I didn't pay attention to when the PlantTherapy posts went up.

And that's why there is no PlantTherapy branch/section. But, I bet there COULD be, that would mostly be the weekend post and a "Weekly PlantTherapy Chat" section.

Which is pretty much what you and I were doing in the Brownstone post.

I have some time to look things up (obviously). And a bit of knowledge. You have knowledge. Other people have knowledge. Between all of us, we could have a thriving chat area.

But nothing that would place an additional burden on Matt or AT, I hope. So that nobody would have to make new posts on "what is this plant", they could just post a link to the plant in question, after setting up a photo gallery. Like you did, you set up a photo gallery. I did ages ago (don't have much in there).

And it definitely should include cut flowers, indoor plants, and outdoor plants (whether they are planted in the ground, or it's a "pot-only" garden).

I have a ton of facts I can look up again, on how indoor plants clean the air of chemicals. They are a no-power-needed air cleaner.

There's even something for minimalists (scroll down to the grass planters):
