Collections on Shelves from Lost Found Art

Displaying a collection on shelves might seem an obvious choice. But it takes a good collection and careful placement to pull if off. Here's a look at collections displayed on shelves by Lost Found Art...

Each of these collections is displayed on shelving dedicated to the objects. No sharing with books or other storage here. This makes the repetitive appeal of the collection all the more effective.

Also, the shelves are kept simple and white, serving as backdrop to the collections themselves. This gives the collected objects a chance to shine, front and center. The shelves simply blend into the wall surface.

See more artfully arranged collections at Lost Found Art.

Want the look for yourself? Some off-the-"shelf" shelves to consider:

(There are plenty of others out there and even options for DIY. It just so happens that a lot of simple, affordable shelves we've highlighted before are from IKEA).

Of the 3 samples, the lunch boxes are the best, so colorful and graphic and brings backk memories of carrying my lunch in them in grade school. :-)
