I don't understand - why would you want to hide the appliances? So no one can tell you're in a kitchen? Personally, I love appliances, tools, all the things people use to make other things. People like to hang out in kitchens because stuff happens there. I love basement workshops and hate corporate boardrooms, and this looks far more like the latter than the former. This looks like a kitchen for people who love take out.
