Haute Vintage: Funky Golds and Greens

We took a look through the offerings on First Dibs from Chicago's own Assemblage shop today and came up with a high end vintage collection of funky golds and greens - atraight outta Palm Beach circa 1960-something, these pieces are OTT together, but would work wonders to brighten up a room that needs a little springtime color...

My first apartment was done in this gold-green (hey, it's what I found at the thrift store, so I ran with it)... that couch brings back memories! I mixed it up with my weird art school creations, my friends called it Brady Bunch Gothic.

I miss the assemblage articles; so much fun. I have to say that I have a special place in my heart for strange green-yellows. This post is pure ecstasy.
