Looking for a good "Home Sweet Home" image today online, we stumbled across Bits and Bobbins, a crafty site/blog that mainly focuses on sewing and fashion. Tucked in the blog, though, was a little section titled
Home Sweet Home, where we found some
fantastic, colorful images of Tricia's place (she's the host). Last fall, she posted the progress of her apartment as it was "coming together"...we're wondering how it's turned out! Pics below:

Tricia, we'd love to see some updates! Did you purchase the orange Crate and Barrel lamp or the Jonathan Adler one? How about the Eames plywood chairs?

It's been featured even before that house tour, too.

sorry everyone! totally missed it...but these are still great images to look at. Thanks, leslie for posting on SF.

I adore the look, and for me, it's grounded in tiles and natural wood----with all that light spilling into the space. Bright, fun, irreverent colors....controlled clutter....and a sense of humor that obviously permeates the space.

Can anyone tell what the tabletop is made of? I love that look - is it tile, or what?

the tabletop is hand-tiled, with red-orange tiles speckled with a little yellow and black...i found it at a local used furniture store here in SF, called "the apartment".
