A while ago, Regina wrote about living the mixed-use life in her Montreal neighborhood. That phrase stuck with us as very appropriate way to describe apartment living. “Mixed-use” is a term architects and developers use to designate buildings and streets that combine a range of diverse spaces from housing to shops to office buildings. That picture is amazing. Are there more pics from that space? I live in a studio so it's definitely a mixed-use space. I need some ideas to remodel my place since it looks like I won't be buying a condo or renting a one bedroom until this economy picks up :)
