OK, this isn't the kind of thing we usually post on Apartment Therapy, but we've recently become addicted to a series of Nike commercials that envision Kobe Bryant and LeBron James living together as puppets in a posh modernist apartment. Even if you're not an NBA fan, the clips are worth a look for the detailed, puppet-sized Panton Chairs and Saarinen Womb Chairs...

With a pool, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and even a ping pong table, this definitely beats Bert and Ernie's house. Whoever created the sets for these ads has a great sense of style (and the storylines are pretty funny, too). We're a little disappointed that the real LeBron won't be facing Kobe in the NBA finals, since we're hoping to see more glimpses of the puppet pad.

love the commercials. i think they're hysterical (and yes, the sets are awesome).
but as a clevelander, i'm feeling a bit burned the two won't get to face-off this year.
