Rooms with Soundtracks from the Pelican Hotel

Located in Miami Beach and owned by the Diesel company, the Pelican Hotel is filled with ultra-kitschy rooms inspired by different decades. Although the decor is pretty over-the-top, we were intrigued by the way the hotel pairs each room with a "suggested soundtrack." Ranging from Jefferson Airplane to Kraftwerk, the soundtracks are as trippy as the hotel itself. Click below for rooms and music...

I've stayed at The Pelican several times and the rooms, lobby, and restaurant are amazing. And in spite of the ultra hipster vibe the rooms are well appointed and the staff is excellent.
