Subtle Color Inspiration from a Copenhagen House

100308hippie1.jpgThis mostly white Copenhagen home of film director Martin Werner and his wife Bibi, tells of the power that a blank canvas gives. With whites and neutrals throughout, the owners are free to explore color in their objects - no matter what color(s) catch their fancy. We think this approach is both sweet and sophisticated, modern but not stark, and homey but not chaotic. Check out these amazing images below:

The pillows they elected to put on the marshmallow chair are completely gag worthy! And what's up with grandma's afghans? Color inspiration? What color? Where? Just no thanks to all of it.
