While many claim the modern wing or the Thorne Rooms as their favorite spots in the Art Institute of Chicago, we admit we’re quite fond of the Asian and Ancient Americas galleries. On a not so recent visit, we were smitten with this orange teapot.

And while the rogue art thief inside us would have loved to try to shove the pot down our pants and walk out the front doors (probably being beaten in the process), we think this pot by RMello comes a close second with a price tag that won’t keep us in the red. We prefer being in the orange, after all.
