Show off your individual style: Choose pieces that appeal to you and aren't mass market - vintage and custom pieces with a quirky edge make homes feel lived in and loved.
Set up spaces for conversation: A grouping like this at home practically begs for a group of friends and family sitting around - its comfortable, has room for everyone to face each other and provides a surface for the wine glasses and snacks! We also like the wall of idea boards in the grid against the dark wall - practical and fun.
Have some fun: Furniture doesn't always have to be serious - choosing a whimsical print for an upholstered piece sends a strong statement that you are confident in your choices and enjoy your home.
Choose artwork that holds meaning for you: The founder of Remedy, and ad agency whose offices are shown here, is Carol McCarthy. She chose the artwork, titled "The Entrepreneur". It seems to fulfill two roles, as decor AND as appropriate inspiration for the workday.

I wish I worked someplace like that. So many offices seem to be designed to crush any individuality or creativity. In this new economy, that approach won't work anymore.
