aww i still miss domino mag!

I'd rather see more about Emily Deschanel than her stupid sister.

Nearly two years ago I painted my dining room the same blue with white trim in pictures 4, 5, and 6. At the time I hadn't seen many rooms in that same bold shade of blue, but now I see it everywhere!

While I'm not a huge Zooey fan, your comment, ChrisGal, is so eloquent and mature. Come On! This is a design blog. I'm getting really sick of elementary school comments instead of respectable critique. I hate when people add stuff just to see their names on a thread.

I didn't add my name to see it on a thread - if you look closely, I only comment on a probably two per day. Unlike you, whom I'm sure who has posted to all.

The editor and founder if Domino are starting a new online home related magazine called Lonny, suppose to start Oct. 1

so there is hope to have a little Domino back.

I love Zooey's personal style! Still miss Domino, and I'm not holding any high hopes for Lonny.

ChrisGal, it's not the volume of comments that is the issue--it's their nature. There is nothing constructive or even design-related about what you posted here.

Back to Zooey: I love the way her "look" fits so well with the way she lives. She seems to be always in character--in a good way.

sally305 -- I was responding to someone else, not you. Maybe you should read ALL the comments first.

Granted, Zooey has a decent sense of style and is very outgoing, her sister who is also an actress has an even better sense of style but yet we never hear about her.

And how does how an actress dress have a damn thing to do with designing a home?

I do love her style! Another movie worth mentioning that she was in that had great style is Failure to Launch! The house she shares with Sarah Jessica Parker's character is just amazing!

I would like to see Emily's style too. Don't they have next-door duplexes?

ridge_van_winkle -- Never heard that but it wouldn't surprise me. I find it awesome Emily has said publicly she doesn't do movies because she would be competing with her sister - she does mostly TV work.

ChrisGal, I did read the comments above yours. No matter what your opinion, calling someone "stupid" is uncalled for and immature. And what's the point anyway about going on and on about someone's sister, when she isn't even the subject of the post?
