I wish we could see some pictures from further away so we can get the full effect. i loove the wallpaper. didn't realize anthropologie sold it... going to go look it up now. :)

I love it, but where did the bureau and all the clothes go?

Is this the "no glue" wallpaper? I bought the Anthropologie wallpaper in a different pattern, but I'm a bit nervous to apply it because it doesn't come pre-glued (and I am a wallpaper novice). Was the wallpaper hard to put on? Does anyone know if it would be impossibly hard to take off?

Hi--this is Judith writing under screen name Perry. The actual Perry (my husband) did the wallpapering--this was a team project, with me doing the painting.

He had wallpapered before, and I noticed he cursed a lot less this time. You have to apply paste to the wallpaper we used, and he thought this paper was a little easier to use than the pre-glued kind, which is prone to ripping when wet. It's much easier to put wallpaper on a flat wall than on a curved surface. You should definitely give it a try--it gets easier after you finish the first strip or two.

We don't have any experience with wallpaper removal, so can't comment on that.

We tried to get more of a distance shot but the light was poor on the day we photographed and the color was off in the longer shots.

We got rid of some of the clutter in the closet, and moved hanging clothes to children's closet until we can find the time to build a shelf and rod system for our closet. The dresser is, for now, in our bedroom. We intended to finish everything by the end of January, but couldn't pull it off.

I think what you've done is refreshing, considering the mess before! And its an awkward space too so ten points for summoning the courage to paper it.
