Design Shoppe opened it's doors just about a month ago with a selection of unusual finds for the home. It is located just off of Armitage on Fremont in Lincoln Park.
The two owners have selected pieces that you don't see everywhere; a mix of local design, exclusives, and vintage pieces set the unique tone. The overall feel of the shop is classic, with a bit of an asian influence and an eclectic infusion from the vintage pieces.
We love the Agnes and Hoss pillows ($178). A glass teapot with bamboo handle and 4 cups caught our eye as an excellent gift ($98. for the set). The tabletop selections from Home James! ($30 - 120) come in several colorful patterns - perfect for a summer dinner party.
