We always seem to see something new when we pop in here, and the space is so nice that we do so often. Unique items, beautiful plants, and lots of variety - Jayson is usually worth a peek.
Part of a group of businesses which includes Artist Frame Service and Chicago Art Source, Jayson Home and Garden just keeps growing. The spring is a good time for a visit if you haven't been before - the outdoor garden center is gearing up for the season.
Upscale furniture, one-of-a-kinds (called Rare Finds on their site), glorious chandeliers and outrageous plants in lovely containers are the big story here.
There is more to the shop than just those big ticket items - there are finds at all price points. The accessories are more reasonably priced and not the usual fare (we especially like the tabletop stuff - lamps included). Plants go for top dollar, but generally look healthy and ready to adorn your home or patio.

Nice place, and great people working there, but the prices are extremely inflated.
We bought a couch here and it was ready 6 weeks LATER then the 15 weeks it took to make it! The day it was supposed to be delivered I had to take a WHOLE day off from work because they were late delivering it... The prices are TOTALLY inflated, however the selection is impeccable. Unfortunately, with the couch situation, and the rudeness that followed by several Jason employees...this store has given me a bad impression, not worth the price paid for the couch or the attitude.
