Love the retro logo. Max Gerber is where we shopped when doing some bathroom renovations in 2001.
They have the big names, Dornbracht, Hansgrohe, Porcher and Toto among them. Overall, we'd say that their selection is good. So is price - we did quite a bit of online research when shopping and Gerber's prices were what we expected, not super-low but not inflated either.
But what we were most impressed with when we worked with Gerber was the service. We knew what sinks and faucets we wanted when we walked in the door, but weren't as sure about the hardware for the bath/shower. Based on what we were ordering (and our not-huge budget) they suggested a nice, affordable piece.
The timing was also right on. Our items were coming from three different suppliers (not all US, either) and everything was here in Chicago on time or ahead of schedule. Even the delivery of the pieces to our apartment was at the start of the "window" they had given us.
Just one part of one of our faucets didn't arrive properly - the wrong design was sent. We were expecting house guests right after the install and really needed to have a working sink in both bathrooms. Our salesperson came through with a loaner that worked out perfectly, to tide us over until ours arrived. The correct piece came, via special delivery, a few days later.
Compared to the nightmare we had at the same time with purchasing some pieces from Home Depot, it was an absolute dream. So, that's our experience with Max Gerber...anyone else care to share?

I like the way the storage unit in the picture is cut to fit around the under-sink piping.
