Looking for a good "Home Sweet Home" image today online, we stumbled across Bits and Bobbins, a crafty site/blog that mainly focuses on sewing and fashion. Tucked in the blog, though, was a little section titled Home Sweet Home, where we found some fantastic, colorful images of Tricia's place (she's the host). Last fall, she posted the progress of her apartment as it was "coming together"...we're wondering how it turned out! Pics below:

i thought that looked familiar. there's a house tour from earlier this month on at:sf.

It's been featured even before that house tour, too.

I adore the look, and for me, it's grounded in tiles and natural wood----with all that light spilling into the space. Bright, fun, irreverent colors....controlled clutter....and a sense of humor that obviously permeates the space.

Can anyone tell what the tabletop is made of? I love that look - is it tile, or what?

the tabletop is hand-tiled, with red-orange tiles speckled with a little yellow and black...i found it at a local used furniture store here in SF, called "the apartment".

I love that thing with al the little drawers, next to the workstation! I would love to have one in my hallway, but how is it called?
(I live in Holland, so asking where I can buy them is useless)
