Look!: Log Stools by Kevin Heisner

Once in a while we'll actually flip through Chicago Social (CS) magazine, and in the March issue we spotted the minimal, large and lovely Wicker Park home of Kevin Heisner and Soo Choi. Kevin's name sounded familiar and when we looked him up, we remembered why: his work was part of the Furniture Forward Chicago exhibition last fall.
 
 

The CS article (not online, sorry) takes us through Heisner's 2,400 sq ft condo (that's some serious space) and some of his "must-haves" including Walker Zanger's Sea Salt tiles. Plus, Heisner shows off his custom made log stools (seen here in MoCo Loco's coverage last fall).

you can pick up a free copy of CS almost anywhere around the city - there's boxes around the red eye ones & there are usually copies in starbucks.
