Over the weekend, we stumbled across the Turkish Festival at Daley Center Plaza. There were Turkish coffee booths, a farmers' market, jewelry vendors, and these little folding tables that were in constant use...
Low to the ground and surrounded by stools, the tables made the plaza feel like a Turkish souk. The stools were surprisingly comfortable, and people in the crowd were using them as resting spots. We were in a hurry and couldn't find the vendor, but in case you're on the lookout for something similar, we rounded up a few alternative sources:
• Tray Folding Stand (€24.95) and Tray (€99.00) from LeSouk
• Large Hollywood Regency Moroccan Brass Tray Table, $150 from GoAntiques
• Moroccan Folding Wood Tray Stand from ebay
• Antique Hammered Brass Tray Table via 1stdibs, $1,895
If anyone knows the vendor or manufacturer of the tables shown above, let us know in the comments below.

Love those. I'd paint the base white or black though.

The ones in the picture look like inlaid with mother of pearl in the traditional style.
You sure you would paint over them? =)
