I voted for the Abstrakt not so much for the color but because I really like the simple slab design combined with the lacquer effect. I've seen those doors up close and they are as close to Poliform or Boffi as you can get at an Ikea. They look great and I wish they came in more colors.

My problem with the other two is not the color or idea, its the metal border which tends to look a little cheap in person.

I'm not voting because I like them all. It is just a matter of what suits your current style and the bones of your abode. We have to install our kitchen yet, but the aluminum with clear are in our garage with Nexus birch cabinets. It works for who we are and where we are at this time.

I vote NOT Abstrakt, b/c it's particle board. The other two doors are made from glass and aluminum, which are both recyclable. Particle board - not so much. On the pretty scale I think Rubrik is the best.

I'm partial to the new Solär series doors.... Very sleek and integrated handles.

Apart from particle board being pretty toxic, it has a very short life in the kitchen. They installed particle board cupboards in our house just before we bought it. A couple of years of absorbing relative kitchen moisture and they're looking pretty rough.

Now we're house shopping and installed particle board ANYTHING is a deal breaker.

Ikea uses MDF, not particle board, and it's formaldehyde and VOC-free, which is a pretty big deal.
