Old Time Pottery is packed full of open stock dishes. From fiesta ware, to mix and match white... they have you anything you could possibly want!
During seasonal times there is a fantastic stock of all your outdoor needs. Rounding the seasonal corner into fall, many of those items start to see dramatic discounts!
They have you covered on all sizes of terracotta, from 6" to 60" it's all there.
Their kitchen supply section holds aisles upon aisles of gadgets and utensils, as well as pots and pans and bakeware.
Old Time Pottery is stocked full on all things glass and ceramic. Including a trashcan and a broom, stocked at the end of the aisle for accidents!
Everyone needs an orange vase right? They have solid color vases/decorative pieces as well as multicolored and patterned pieces.
There are miscellaneous bins of throw pillows, accent pillows and bed pillows. The linens section with full of sheets, blankets and comforters in all sizes is the go to place for big names with little prices.
Faux wood fans delight as they have something for everyone. This piece could easily take a coat of lacquer paint to spruce it up!
Towels in every color take up several aisles of this homewares warehouse. They have the right color for almost any bathroom.
Color isn't something this store is lacking, even in the smallest of items. Look for many things such as this to be loss leaders around the holidays.
The lighting section of this store doesn't have it's own aisle all the time due to the nature of their rotating stock. So many sure you check on the tops of each aisle to see the great display of lamps. We found these priced for less than $15!
The most recent addition to this particular Old Time Pottery store is their precut fabric table. It's priced by the foot and each piece is already marked for length. There were some great finds to be had (along with a few things that were at the opposite end of the design scale, but that's how stores like this work).
Check out the Old Time Pottery website to find a store near you.... sorry west coast, they have yet to make it out that far, but I am sure your time is coming.
I absolutely love Old Time Pottery. Whenever I am in a city where they have one, I map it out and make a trip. I've been known to pull off the interstate when I spot one!

I am vacationing in Florida and just spent a rainy afternoon passing the time at Old Time Pottery. So much to look at and see, and so many good deals to be had!

I always passed by it but never went in. I did plan to stop by after seeing their ad, but thought things must be ugly and crappy to be so cheap. Sarah, you do take great pictures. They make me want to go now and buy stuff! In fact, I'm going now. Thanks!

WoW! I never even hear of them. And Fiesta (vintage and post86) is my passion. I see from the website, there's one in Brandon. I've gotta check it out.

We made a special road trip yesterday to the one in Merrillville, IN, since Rockford is further from our Chicago burb. I give it a 7.5 out of 10. We found some decent basics at good prices, but nothing too exciting. If we had seen real Fiesta ware, we would have scooped it up! All we found were imitation stuff. The Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas decor was not my style, but there was plenty of it. Summer items were on clearance. One area had fabric scraps.
Disappointments included no hand towels or washcloths in our colors, mostly ugly window treatments and limited curtain rod selection. But if you want vases, wall decorations and seasonal decor of all kinds, this place will keep you busy for a while! If you need dorm decorations or stuff for your first place, this would be worth a stop. I'm not sure if any of the merch was "seconds" but some is definitely discontinued/overstock.
