Here is what she had to say: "I had a good experience with the Professionals, and I recommended them to some friends, and they had a good experience as well. My husband and I had a pretty small move, only a few miles away. Their rates were the best, and they had everything done within two hours and were careful abiding by the move-in rules at our new high-rise condo.
I go their info from the Chicago BBB. They've only had a handful of complaints --really minior compared with some of the bigger companies out there."
I've moved about 4 times in the past 7 years, and The Professionals are by far the most, well, professional movers in the city. I was very impressed with them. I've used a different company each time I moved because I was so dissatisfied with the previous one. I highly recommend them; I found out about The Prefessionals from my realtor - she recommends them to everyone because she has had such good experiences with them. Excellent company!
